Negro plans to connect invoice payment collection with a clearer follow-up workflow. The direction includes Paystack, automatic invoice payment and due-date tracking, and customer email reminders. This article describes the intended experience; it is not a release announcement.

Collect payment through Paystack

The goal is to let customers pay invoices through a Paystack-powered collection flow. Connecting a payment to the invoice it belongs to could reduce the manual work involved in checking what has been paid. Supported payment methods and setup requirements will be confirmed when the integration is ready.

Track payment status and due dates

We plan to make it easier to identify invoices that are awaiting payment, approaching their due date or overdue. Automatic payment tracking is intended to help keep invoice records up to date after a confirmed payment. The final behaviour will depend on the completed integration and testing.

Send timely customer reminders

Planned customer email reminders would support follow-up around invoice due dates. The aim is a clearer, more consistent process for businesses and their customers. Reminder timing and configuration have not yet been announced.

What you can use today

Negro Invoice, Finance and Cashbook are the current product family. Negro Ledger is coming soon and is planned to replace Cashbook in the future. Do not rely on this roadmap as confirmation that payment collection or automated reminders are already enabled in your account.
